As an expert realtor, my job is to educate you with the facts of the market, and help you feel confident about your real estate decision, one way or another.
To help you the best way possible, I need to find out more information about your requirements. We have found the following steps provide a good framework to assist you in finding the home of your dreams. Please take the time to complete the intake form before we meet, so we can be fully prepared!
In a competitive market, homes sell quickly. You wouldn't want to miss out on the home of your dreams because you don't have a pre-qualification letter. With a proof of funds, you can make an offer immediately. It takes about 15 minutes to get pre-qualified, and you can do everything over the phone. Click below to get started.
Apply to Get Pre-QualifiedOur initial consultation is a time to focus on you and your goals. Your needs are top priority as we answer your questions and outline a game plan to find the home of your dreams. We will strategize together and simplify the buy process step by step.
Schedule an AppointmentThe buyer questionnaire fully prepares us with all the information we need to get started. Make sure to fill this form out before our consultation, so we can come fully prepared when we meet.
Complete the QuestionnaireYou may decide to go the resale route or the new construction route, either way now is the time to start shopping for the perfect property for you.

Written buyer agreements became a nationwide requirement for many real estate professionals as a part of the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) proposed settlement of litigation related to broker commissions. The requirement went into effect on August 17, 2024.
We will discuss, then sign, the "Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation" agreements. These agreements clearly lay out what services you (as a homebuyer) expect me, your real estate professional Buyer Representative Agent/Broker, to provide and what your Buyer Representative Agent/Broker will be paid. These agreements make things clear and reduce any potential confusion at the outset of our relationship.
Once we have completely reviewed the "Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation" agreements (aka Buyers Representation Agreement), I will email them for you to sign.
You can read the NAR Consumer Guide regarding the written buyer agreement by clicking the button below.
Our goal is to help you walk away from the closing table with thousands of dollars of equity! Negotiating with an emotionally attached home owner is a delicate art. Having a third party advocate on your side, with years of negotiating experience, always pays dividends

Autie was great to work with in the search and ultimate purchase of my new home. Especially because I was completing the house search from Florida. She was very knowledgeable on the area and the VA loan process and was key to the smooth purchase process. I'll definitely work with her again and highly recommend her for your realtor needs.
